Venezuelan Impartial Chavismo

As fellow blogger Juan wrote here, two of the five members of the CNE, Venezuela's Electoral Commission, are die-hard, extremist supporters of Chavismo.

The current (chavista) law forbids anyone belonging to a political party (or having signed for the referendum against Hugo) to be a member in electoral commissions...unless, of course, she or he is a member of the PSUV.

Here you see one of those "impartial" PSUV members when she was minister of Telecommunications and was announcing the "legendary" Simón Bolívar satellite.
